Imagine a space where you can be your authentic self, explore your experiences, and share without fear of judgment. Imagine yourself connecting with folks who truly get it and who offer fresh perspectives that expand your understanding of yourself and the world.

This group is that place -

A space for Autistic and ADHDer adults to explore, grow, and belong in a supportive, collaborative community.

about

This group is a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming virtual meeting place designed to cultivate connection, authenticity, and growth among Autistic, ADHDer, and AuDHDer adults in Colorado and Minnesota. It’s facilitated by me, Meg McNeil, an Autistic, highly sensitive, and genderqueer counselor. You can read more about me here.

In this group, you’ll meet and build relationships with other neuroqueer folks who share similar experiences, allowing us to explore the unique challenges and gifts that come with our neurotypes. Through open conversations and mutual support, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and share your authentic self, reflect on your experiences, and gain new insights into your patterns and emotions.

Whether you’re navigating sensory sensitivities, executive functioning struggles, isolation, social nuances, or dread amidst the sociopolitical climate, this group provides an inclusive environment where folks can process difficulties, celebrate successes, and explore strategies. By connecting with others who truly get it, you’ll leave each session feeling more understood, empowered, and equipped to face the complexities of life as a neurodivergent human in a neurotypical culture.
